10 years ago The independent Air was founded. We have changed since then and now it’s time to change our name as well. Isop (danish), Hyssop, or Hyssopus officinalis, is a herb is used both as a condiment and a medicine. It’s leaves flowers are used to flavor salads and soups. It is also used in the preparation of liquor and perfumes. In addition, it is used as a pot herb. We like this humble little plant and it’s name, which we are therefore borrowing. And we are looking forward to continue to develop our practice under Isop for years to come.
