The overarching legal framework for our processing of personal data is the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC with accompanying regulations. In addition, the Data Protection Act L 68 – 2017-18 of 17 May 2018, adopted following the proposal for a law on supplementary provisions to the regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, presented on 25 October 2017.

Isop’s processing of personal data
As a voluntary association/cultural organization, Isop only processes ordinary personal data, such as names, addresses, email addresses, and relevant information regarding payments of fees. You can always ask what personal data we hold about you.
